The Organ of No Body

The Organ of No Body is an interactive sound and light installation. An 8ft x 8ft wooden structure evoking an ivy covered decaying church, inside the structure are two keyboards facing each other. One keyboard controls and acoustic string instrument, the other controls a series of chimes made from repurposed nitrous cylinders. When the instruments are played a series of warm lamps hanging from the structure illuminate and fade with the key presses.
