Madeline Fried is a San Francisco-born immersive art producer and designer. Her work spans digital illustration, large-scale murals, textiles, and multimedia interactive theater, including pieces like Burning Man Honoraria projects Alien Drive-Thru (2022) and Awful's Gas & Snack (2019). She supports artist crews and curates immersive art events in the Bay Area, and she designs fantastical environments for bars & nightlife venues. This body of work was created after studying human cadavers at Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia from 2013-2016, and was inspired by botanical illustration and illuminated manuscripts.
